These terms apply when you use this website or buy from KURAH. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an order number. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. We may cancel an order we can't confirm, that appears fraudulent, or that contains an obvious pricing error — if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment options are shown at checkout.

Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product availability is subject to stock.

Use of this website

Content on this website — including the KURAH name, logo, designs, text and images — belongs to KURAH and may not be copied or used without permission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by placing fake orders or attempting to interfere with its operation.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan. To the extent allowed by law, KURAH is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our products or this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
