Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the rider when your football arrives.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll see your order number (KRH-…) straight after checkout, and we'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm. If you added an email, we'll send a confirmation there too.
Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes. Clubs, academies and schools can contact us for team and bulk orders — use the contact form and choose “Bulk / Team / Club Order”.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide — from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi to smaller towns and cities across Pakistan.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number. Once shipped, we'll add the courier and tracking number there.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused footballs in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
What if my ball arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the ball and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Product & Care
What size football should I buy?
Size 5 is the standard match size for players aged 12 and over, including adults. All current KURAH balls are size 5. See our size guide for younger players.
Where are KURAH footballs made?
Every KURAH football is made in Sialkot, Pakistan — the city famous worldwide for football making.
What comes in the box?
Every KURAH ball comes with a free hand pump and a gift box.
How do I inflate and care for my ball?
Moisten the needle before inserting it into the valve, inflate gradually and check the firmness by hand. Wipe the ball clean with a damp cloth after play, let it dry naturally, and store it away from direct heat and sunlight.
