This policy explains what personal information KURAH collects when you use kurah.co, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, landmark, postal code and order notes.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
Technical data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (used to prevent fake orders and spam — we don't store the IP itself), and your bag contents, which are stored only in your own browser.

How we use it

To process, confirm, deliver and support your order.
To reply to your messages.
To send newsletters if you've subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect the store against fraud and abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We only load analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. They help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. If you decline, they are not loaded. Essential storage (such as your bag) is always used because the store can't work without it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store:

courier partners, to deliver your order;
our hosting, database and email providers, to run the website and send order emails;
analytics and advertising providers, only if you've accepted cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and customer-service purposes. Messages and subscriber emails are kept until you ask us to delete them.
