Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. The delivery cost is always shown before you place your order — there are no hidden fees.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after we confirm them. Delivery to remote areas can occasionally take longer, and public holidays or courier delays may affect timing. We'll keep you informed if anything changes.

Order confirmation

After you place an order we'll call or WhatsApp you on the number you provided to confirm it. Please keep your phone reachable — orders we can't confirm may be delayed or cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

With Cash on Delivery, you pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you can follow it on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.

Failed delivery

Please double-check your address, nearest landmark and phone number at checkout. If a delivery can't be completed because the recipient is unreachable or the address is incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange a new attempt.
